Strength HIIT mind and body combines pilates and yoga into one to target all body areas to build strength, burn calories, and better flexibility. HIIT (high-intensity interval training) has gotten quite popular over the past decade. It takes your cardio workout to another level as you push your pace out of your comfort zone. Michelle adds Pilates and Yoga create strength HIIT- mind & body for a whole body, heart, and mind work out.
